Do you accept commissions?
I'm now open for pet and goobster commissions! If you’d like a pet commission, please email me (halle@halsyeah.com) with photos of your adorable companion so I can provide a quote.
What’s your shipping policy?
Each clay item is handmade by the artist (me)! Orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Custom order turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks depending on the item. A more precise timeline will be provided after discussing the details of the piece.
Each order will include tracking information once it has been shipped.
*Sticker orders under $20 will be shipped by USPS without a tracking number.
*Please note that Hals Yeah is not responsible for any lost mail. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.
U.S. Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout. Free shipping on all orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally?
I offer shipping to the UK at a flat rate of $19 GBP. Additional fees like duties and tariffs may apply upon receiving your shipment.
If your country isn't listed or you like more information on import fees, please reach out to me at halle@halsyeah.com. I'll consider orders on a case-by-case basis.
